what is a transaction fee, anyway -- and why do I have to pay it ... I'm not
sure this real estate company is legal in Indiana ... I thought CHEAP was the
way to go ... what do I do NOW?

Banker Real Estate repeated in May 2006 and still worth repeating here, "if you do business with a
'discount broker', it will cost you." Yes, it will.
